Air-Tites.com was launched in White Hall, Arkansas in April 2001 by Marty Mitchell. Due to health reasons the business was sold in March 2015 to Jane and Joel Vollrath of Monroe City, Missouri, where all of our facilities are now located. We pride ourselves in being friendly and very easy to work with. We want to make your online shopping experience as safe, easy and stress free as possible. You can rest assured that your personal or credit card information will never be sold or given to anyone for any reason. Your privacy and safety are very important to us, and we understand that you may have special concerns that need to be addressed. Please note that we are not the manufacturer of any products sold on this website. We are resellers and may not be able to answer manufacturing questions.

** Shipping Information **

We ship 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, from the state of Missouri. Most orders will ship the same day payment is received. Our secure shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping charges using integrated software provided by USPS and UPS. You will have several shipping options available to you at checkout.

One & Two day shipping policy: Please be aware that if you order after 12:00 P.M. your one and two day shipping orders may not go out until the next business day. We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, if you want to ensure that your order goes out the same day, please make sure that you submit it before the mentioned time.

If you are not satisfied with your order, simply call us toll free at 1-888-264-6701 or contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus any applicable shipping costs.

We will gladly pay return shipping if we send the wrong product, or if a product has a manufacturers defect.  Please note that we do not give refunds on items that are returned to us damaged or otherwise unable to be resold due to improper packing.  Always use the original packing material if at all possible, this will assure that the items are returned to us in good condition.
